By accessing or using this website, booking a service, or purchasing any product from Austin’s Wraps, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

• Austin’s Wraps is located in Austin, TX, and provides automotive styling services including vinyl wrapping, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, and detailing.
• These Terms apply to all website visitors, clients, and customers.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page.

• A deposit may be required to reserve your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time.
• Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations (under 48 hours) may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of deposit.
• Delayed vehicle drop-offs may result in rescheduling or incomplete work, depending on time constraints.

• While we use professional products and best practices, no installation is ever “perfect.” Minor imperfections may be visible upon close inspection, especially on older or repainted surfaces.
• PPF and vinyl wraps are aftermarket modifications. We are not responsible for issues arising from previously damaged paint, poor repaints, or hidden defects.
• Ceramic coatings do not make a vehicle "scratch-proof" or eliminate the need for maintenance.
• Detailing services aim to restore cleanliness and appearance but cannot guarantee 100% removal of all stains, odors, or imperfections.

• We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions including rock chips, rust, poor paint, failing clear coat, or non-OEM finishes.
• Removal of wraps, PPF, or coatings may result in paint damage if the surface was compromised prior to install.
• If your vehicle requires additional prep, paint correction, or cleaning beyond what was quoted, we will contact you to approve any additional charges before proceeding.

• Warranty terms vary by product and brand (e.g., 3M, Avery Dennison, STEK, 3M Ceramic, etc.). You are responsible for following proper care instructions to maintain your warranty coverage.
• Austin’s Wraps does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper washing, harsh chemicals, or collisions.
• All concerns must be reported within 7 days of service for review. We will assess and correct installation-related issues within reason.

• Please remove all personal items, valuables, and child seats prior to drop-off. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
• If your vehicle is excessively dirty, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning/prep fee to proceed with service.

• All quotes are estimates unless otherwise stated. Additional work or services may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before proceeding.
• Final payment is due upon completion of work. Accepted forms of payment include credit card, debit card, cash, or approved financing options.
• Past-due balances may incur late fees or legal action if left unresolved.

• All content on this website—including logos, text, images, and service descriptions—is the property of Austin’s Wraps and may not be used without permission.

• We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website or booking process is used solely for business purposes and will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent.

• Services are provided “as is.” Austin’s Wraps is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to service delays, vehicle downtime, or cosmetic dissatisfaction within industry-accepted tolerances.
• Your use of this website and our services is at your own risk. By doing so, you release Austin’s Wraps from all liability, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
